Pauline is the founder and CEO of Athena and is a forward-thinking CPA and MBA with strong financial management and leadership experience for private, partnership, and not-for-profit organizations across multiple industries. She has strategized and led finance transformation with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to optimize business performance and enhance the financial health of companies.

 

Pauline is passionate about adopting best practices to support business sustainability and growth while fostering high performing teams. Her leadership style reflects empathy, objectivity, and clear communications. She has a proven talent for identifying opportunities to enhance business positioning, mitigate enterprise risks, and attain business objectives through effective collaboration with key stakeholders and understanding of the business.

 

Pauline's ability to contribute positively to organizations and experience in company representation through strong business acumen and executive presence brings great value to any organization she is engaged with.
